The purpose of this organization is to give published authors the opportunity to hold book signings, any place of their choosing, along with the opportunity to donate a portion of their earnings to the charity of their choice.

Membership is available to all authors, editors, agents, booksellers, and other industry professionals, librarians and booksellers. Members of Authors For Charity are free to arrange separate signings for themselves, or join with other authors for group signings, as long as each signing is dedicated to the same charity.

By offering a portion of the proceeds of our book sales, this concept will undoubtedly open more doors for author signings than ever before, such as coffee shops, gift shops, home offices of the charities you are donating to, men and women’s private clubs, country clubs, etc.
Upon joining, members will be issued an official Authors For Charity membership card to present to the representatives of the charity of their choice. This confirmation will give the charitable organizations the opportunity to provide authors with printed materials about the charity to use at their signings.
